SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer free worldwide shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do offer worldwide shipping. A phone number will be required in order to process all international shipments. You may be contacted by a member of our shipment team to request this information if it is not input with your shipment address at the time of order.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@purevitabloom.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Delivery to countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most Europe countries normally takes 7-15 days. We offer international shipping - no matter where you are, you can buy from us! We use manufacturers all over the world to bring unique and specialty items to our customers. All packages have tracking numbers.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, all products must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 7-15 days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded your amount of purchase along with any applicable sales tax.
Shipping charges are non—refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during a return/exchange shipment, so we highly recommend utilizing an insured and trackable mail service.
If there’s a mistake with your order, it arrived damaged, the wrong item was mistakenly sent to you, or the fault is otherwise our own, we will incur all shipping costs involved with the return of incorrect/damaged merchandise and shipment of corrected order.
